Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping across Canada and the United States.

Do you offer porch pickup?

Yes, we do! We offer free local pickup in Burlington, ON. Just choose the "Pick Up" option when you check out, and more details will be provided.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 15 day return policy; if your order is damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide you with a full return or exchange for any product of equal value.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If you chose porch pick-up, your order will be ready in 24 - 48 hours. Need a rush order? Please DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to accommodate. 

If you chose to have your order shipped, all orders will be sent out within 24 hours with Canada Post. Canada Post typical delivery time is 3-12 business days. If you haven't received your order after 12 days, please contact us at messybunscrunchies@gmail.com.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do! Custom orders require a minimum of 10 scrunchies, and bulk pricing is available. Please email us at messybunscrunchies@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram @messy_bun_scrunchies.
